Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.348 Revenue (UC.I) Department Dt:16-4-1994. 2) G.O.Ms.No.455 Revenue (UC.I) Department Dt:29-7-2002. 3) G.O.Ms.No.615 Revenue (UC.I) Department Dt:26-4-2008. 4) From S.O & C.A.,ULC.,Wgl.Lr.No.A4/358, 360 to 364/05 in CCNo.B2/4615/79 dated 22-8-2009. 5) From Spl.C.S & CCLA., AP., Hyd.Lr.No.Spl.UC4/723/2010 Dt:16-9-2011. <<>> O R D E R : In the G.O.1st read above, orders were issued allotting the surplus land to an extent of 21,789.00 Sq.Mtrs., in Sy.No.157/B, 187/A, 226/A & 228/A situated at Shayampet village, Hanamkonda Mandal, Warangal District in respect of ceiling case No.B2/4615/79 in favour of M.R.O. Office, Hanamkonda for Weaker Section Housing. 2. Whereas, the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 3rd read above for allotment/exemption of surplus land taken possession under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1)(a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999, to settle all the pending applications received before 31-3-2006 and pending as on 27-3-2008 by adopting the slab rates prescribed in the reference 2nd read above. 3. Whereas, the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Warangal in the reference 4th read above, has accordingly submitted proposals based on the applications filed for allotment of excess lands taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O’s 2nd & 3rd read above to regularize the unauthorized occupation. The Spl.Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has recommended the proposals of Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad in the reference 5th read above for allotment of surplus land while proposing for cancellation of allotment made to M.R.O. Hanamkonda for Weaker Section Housing in the reference 1st read above. 4. Whereas, it is seen from the reports that the excess land proposed for allotment was already allotted to M.R.O. Hanamkonda for Weaker Section Housing Programme, Warangal in the G.O.1st read above. But, on ground the said land is not utilized till to-day and it is under the possession of the applicants and the applicants have filed affidavits undertaken to withdraw the W.P.No.18728 of 2008 filed before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. 5. The Government, have carefully examined the matter and have decided to withdraw the extent of 3373 Sq.Mtrs., in Sy.No.187/A of Shyampet village, out of excess land to an extent of 21,789.00 Sq.Mtrs., in Sy.No.157/B, 187/A, 226/A & 228/A allotted earlier in favour of M.R.O. Hanamkonda for Weaker Section Housing Programme, Warangal District vide G.O.Ms.No.348 Revenue (UC.I) Department Dated:16-4-1994 and in turn allot the same in pursuance of orders issued in the G.O.2nd & 3rd read above in favour of 3rd party occupants Smt. Vallabaneni Rajani W/o V. Rathnakar and (6) others subject to withdrawal of W.P.No.18728 of 2008 filed by them before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P. Contd…2….- 2 - 6. Accordingly, the allotment of the excess land to an extent of 3373 Sq.Mtrs., in Sy.No.187/A of Shyampet village, Hanamkonda (M), Warangal District is hereby withdrawn out of land to an extent of 21,789 Sq.Mtrs., in Sy.No.157/B, 187/A, 226/A & 228/A allotted earlier in favour of M.R.O. Hanamkonda for Weaker Section Housing Programme, Warangal District vide G.O.1st read above. 7. Consequently, as per the proposals sent by the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad, the Government hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 as shown in columns 4 & 5 of annexure to this G.O. to the 3rd parties in occupation whose names are shown in column 3 of the said annexure, as they have paid the amounts prescribed in terms of G.O.2nd read above, the details of which are as indicated in columns 7 to 9 of the annexure. 8. These orders are issued subject to condition that the Writ Petition No.18728/08 filed by Smt. Vallabaneni Rajani W/o V. Rathnakar and (6) others pending before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P., Hyderabad should be withdrawn. 9. The name of the allottees (7 individuals) shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. 10. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgment.
