favour of Sri Amit Garg, IPS, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Law & Order,
Hyderabad for Govt Flat No.T.5/3, Kundanbagh new flat - Orders – Issued.

3. From Sri Amit Garg, IPS, Addl. Commissioner of Police, Law &
Order, Hyderabad repn. dated: 12.3.2012.

O R D E R:
In the reference 2nd read above, Sri Amit Garg, IPS, Addl.
Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Hyderabad was allotted Govt. Flat
No.T.5/3, Kundanbagh new flat.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, he has informed that he has also been
allotted Government accommodation at pleasant valley, Yusufguda (DGP
Pool) by the DGP. Hence, he has requested the Government to cancel the
allotment orders issued in his favour for the allotment of Govt. Flat No.T.5/3,
Kundanbagh new flat.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby cancel the
allotment orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, wherein Govt. Flat
No.T.5/3, Kundanbagh new flat was allotted to Sri Amit Garg, IPS, Addl.
Commissioner of Police, Law & Order, Hyderabad.
4. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the
matter accordingly.
