The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazetee:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (C) of Section 3 of Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby appoint the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vikarabad Division as LAO to
perform the functions of the Collector, under the said Act within his jurisdiction
for the purpose of acquisition of land situated at Nagulapally Village, Peddemul
Mandal in Ranga Reddy District for formation of new Tank across Malkandan
Vagu.
