Land Acquisition – Acquisition of land to an extent of Ac.2.16 ½ gts., in respect
of the land bearing Sy.Nos.40, 41, 75, 81 situated at Gundla Marpally Village,
Marpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for formation of R.F. Canal of
M.I.Tank across Ganga Kathwa Vagu – Appointment of Revenue Divisional
Officer, Vikarabad Division as LAO to perform the functions of the Collector,
under the Land Acquisition Act 1894 – Notification – Issued.

The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazetee:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (C) of Section 3 of Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby appoint the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vikarabad Division as LAO, to
perform the functions of the Collector for LA under the said Act within his
jurisdiction for the purpose of acquisition of land situated at Gundla Marpally
Village, Marpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for formation of R.F. Canal of
M.I.Tank across Ganga Kathwa Vagu.
