Yacharam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for establishment of Industrial Park
– Appointment of Special Deputy Collector, LA (Inds) Hyderabad as LAO to
perform the functions of the Collector, under the Land Acquisition Act 1894, –

The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazetee:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (C) of Section 3 of Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby appoint the Special Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition (Inds.)
Hyderabad as Land Acquisition Officer, to perform the functions of the
Collector, under the said Act within his jurisdiction for the purpose of
acquisition of land situated at Kurmidda Village, Yacharam Mandal, Ranga
Reddy District, for establishment of Industrial Park.
