O R D E R:-
Under Article 230 and 23-A of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code, Vol.I and in terms of
the orders issued in the reference 1st, 2nd and 3rd read above sanction is hereby accorded for
the grant of a loan of Rs.2,00,000/- of (Rupees two lakhs only) to Sri P.Venkatram, Assistant
Secdtion Officer, General Administration Department for effecting extensions and repairs to his
house bearing Door No.5-9-231/276/G2, Naseem Apartments, Employees Colony, Yapral Village,
Secunderabad owned by him. The advance shall be disbursed to him in a lump sum and it shall
be drawn immediately.
2. The advance sanctioned in para 1 above is subject to the following
conditions:-
(i) That the alterations and additions should be
completed within six months from the date
of drawl of advance and the fact intimated
to the Government alongwith the certificate
from an officer of the P.W.D. not below the
rank of Deputy Executive Engineer.
(ii)
That the house should be mortgaged in favour of Government
within six months.
(iii)
That the advance sanctioned shall be utilized for effecting
repairs to her house within the stipulated period, failing which
penal interest at prescribed rates shall be levied for the period
not covered by Government Sanction
3. The advance will be recovered in (74) monthly instalments i.e. @ Rs.3,900/- (Rupees
three thousand nine hundred only) as 1st instalment and remaining (73) instalments @ ` 2,650/- per
month from the 6th month in which the advance drawn and interest at the rate of 5 ½% per annum
shall be recovered from the salary of the individual in (10) monthly instalments from the month
following the month in which the principal is completed.
4. The recovery of the advance shall be effected through monthly
pay/leave salary of the grantee. If the grantee ceases to be in service for
any reason other than the normal retirement/superannuation or if he dies
before the repayment of the advance in full, the entire advance shall be
becomes payable to the Government forthwith. Failure on the part of the
grantee or his successors in interest to repay the advance for any reason will
entitle the Government to take action as may be permissible under Law.
5. The expenditure shall be debited to Head of Account “7610 – Loans to
Government Servants – 201 – House Building Advances – SH(05) Other
Officers”.
………….2.6. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is informed that the advance
sanctioned above is for the first time for this purpose and the above has
been sanctioned from the funds allotted in the reference 4th read above.
7. The employee referred to in para 1 above has submitted the surety
and agreement bonds as required under rules.
8. The General Administration (Claims.A) Department are requested to
draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para-1 above to the individual.
