Read:- From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad letter No. A7(1) 614/2011, dated: -08-2011 and even Nos., dated: 5-12-2011 and 09-01-2012. &&& ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government have reviewed the vacant posts of Agricultural Officers in the Agricultural Department and keeping in view of the actual requirement with reference to the nature of work and activities of the Agricultural Department, it is decided to fill up four hundred and fifty eight (458) vacant posts of Agricultural Officers by Direct Recruitment. 2. Accordingly, the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad is hereby permitted to fill up four hundred and fifty eight (458) vacant posts of Agricultural Officers by direct recruitment duly following the relevant rules and existing procedure. 3. Reservation for local candidates is applicable for the post which are organized in to zones. Selection shall be made, as per the provision of the Presidential Order, 1975 and other related G.Os., Rules, Instructions of the Government issued from time to time and allotment to Zones shall be made as per preferences given by candidates and also in terms of departmental Special / Adhoc rules, and related rules. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture is requested to clearly indicate the actual position, to avoid any further legal complications with reference to the number of vacancies notified and take appropriate steps for filling up of above vacancies of Agricultural Officers by direct recruitment duly following the relevant rules and existing approved procedure. 5. The C&DA, Hyd., is also requested to submit the detailed action taken report to Government after completion of recruitment process. 6.
