Application of Sri Shyam Lal, Record Assistant, GAD., Dated: 30-3-2012. . *** ORDER: Under Article 226, 227 and 233-A of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code, Vol.I and in terms of the orders issued in the G.Os 1st, 2nd and 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for the grant of a loan of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs only ) to Sri Sri Shyam Lal, Record Assistant, General Administration Department, for effecting repairs to his house in Plot No.197, Survey No.454 to 458, Taramathipet(v),Hayathnagar(M),R.R.District. The advance shall be disbursed to him in lumpsum and it shall be drawn immediately. 2. The advance sanctioned in para 1 above is subject to the following conditions:- (i) that the repairs and renovation should be completed within six months from the date of drawl of advance and the fact intimated to the Government along with the certificate from an officer of the P.W.D. not below the rank of Deputy Executive Engineer. (ii)that the house should be mortgaged in favour of Government within six months. (iii)that the advance sanctioned shall be utilized for effecting repairs and renovations by his house within the stipulated period, failing which penal interest at prescribed rates shall be levied for the period not covered by Government sanction. 3. The advance sanctioned shall be recovered in (40) equal monthly installments @ Rs.5,000/- P.M. commencing from his salary from the month of April, 2012 payable on 1st May, 2012 and interest at the rate of 5½% per annum (simple interest) will be charged and recovered in (10) equal monthly installments after the principal is fully recovered. The above rate of interest is provisional and is liable for enhancement at any time. p.t.o.:2: 4. The recovery of advance shall be effected through monthly pay/ leave salary of the grantee. If the grantee ceases to be in service for any reason other than the normal retirement /superannuation or if he dies before the repayment of the advance in full, the entire advance shall be payable to the Government forthwith. Failure on the part of the grantee or his successors in interest to repay the advance for any reason will entitle the Government to take action as may be permissible under Law. 5. The expenditure shall be debited to Head of Account “7610 – Loans to Government Servants – MH 201 - House Building Advance – SH (05) Loans to other Officers – (001) Loans to other officers. 6. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad, is informed that the advance sanctioned above is for the second time for this purpose. 7. The employee referred to in para 1 above has submitted the surety and agreement bonds as required under rules. 8. The General Administration (Claims.E) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the individual.
