Note No.7015/DPC.I/2012-1, G.A(DPC-II) Dept.,dt.16/03/2012 -0o0- ORDER:- The Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 15.3.2012 for drawing up the panel of Joint Inspector General (R&S) for the year 2011-12 fit for promotion to the post of Additional Inspector General has recommended the name of Sri C.Padmanabha Murthy, Joint Inspector General (R&S) for inclusion in the said panel for promotion to the post of Additional Inspector General (R&S). 2. Government after careful examination of the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee hereby accept the same and include the name of Sri C.Padmanabha Murthy, Joint Inspector General (R&S) in the panel of Joint Inspector General fit for promotion to the post of Additional Inspector General (R&S) for the panel year 2011-12. 3. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. N O T I F I C A T I O N Under Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri C.Padmanabha Murthy, Joint Inspector General (R&S) is hereby promoted as Additional Inspector General (R&S) (Category-1 of Class-II) of Andhra Pradesh Registration Service Rules, 2009 on purely adhoc basis and posted as Additional Inspector General (R&S) in the O/o. the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, A.P., Hyderabad. 4. The promotion ordered above is subject to the following conditions; i) the promotion is purely temporary and does not confer any right of any kind on the individual who is liable to be reverted at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons thereof; ii)the promotion is subject to the outcome of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs/SLPs etc, if any pending before Tribunal/Courts etc. iii)the promotion is subject to revision of seniority of the officer; if necessitated. iv)the promotion is also subject to joining of the officer, in the promoted post within the stipulated time of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the order of appointment and promotion as specified in rule 11 (b) of A.P.
