No. Lr.No.179/RCT- WWL/05, dated: 27.3.2006. 2) G.O.Ms.No.729, Revenue (Vig.VI) Dept., dated: 21.6.2006. 3) Judgment of the Court of Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad, dated: 27.02.2012 in C.C.No.48/2010. 4) From the D.G., A.C.B., Hyderabad, Lr.No.179/RCT-WWL/05, dated: 13.03.2012. * * * * * ORDER: On the allegation of corruption, the Anti Corruption Bureau Authorities have trapped Sri R.Chandramouli, former Sub Registrar, Station Ghanapur, Warangal District now retired, when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs.25,000/- as bribe from the complainant for doing official favour, on 13.09.2005. 2. As per the recommendation of the Anti Corruption Bureau in its final report 1st read above, Government have accorded sanction for prosecution of Sri R.Chandramouli, former Sub Registrar, Station Ghanapur, Warangal District in a court of law vide Government Order 2nd read above. Accordingly, Sri R.Chandramouli, former Sub Registrar, Station Ghanapur, Warangal District was charge sheeted and prosecuted in a court of law by the Anti Corruption Bureau. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Court of the Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad pronounced judgment in C.C.No.48/2010 finding the Accused Officer Sri R.Chandramouli, former Sub Registrar, Station Ghanapur, Warangal District now retired from service guilty of the charges framed against him, under Section 7, 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and convicted him under Section 248(2) Criminal Procedure Code. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter and keeping in view of the provisions of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule (8) of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, hereby impose the punishment of withholding of pension and gratuity permanently on Sri R.Chandramouli, former Sub Registrar, Station Ghanapur, Warangal District and now retired from service, under Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 for the conduct which led to his conviction in CC.No.48/2010, dated 27.02.2012.5. The Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
