No.E2/7717/2011, dt. 23.8.2011. 2) From the CCLA’s Lr.No.Spl.B3/1243/2011, dt.10.11.2011. -:oOo:- O R D E R: In the reference 1st read above, the District Collector, Chittoor has reported that, the land in Sy.No.279 extent 5.96 acres of Peddakalava Village is originally classified as UAW, that the land has been sub-divided as 279/2 with an extent of 0.50 cents and 279/3 extent 0.50 cents and proposed for construction of 33/11 K.V. Sub-station. He has stated that the land was transferred as AWD, there are no trees, wells and other permanent structures and that the land is suitable for construction of 33/11 K.V. Sub-Station. The Collector has recommended the market value of Rs.5,41,000/- per acre. The Grampanchayat, Peddakalava has passed resolution for alienation of the above lands. A1 notice was published in the village and no objections were received. 2. In view of the above, the District Collector, Chittoor has furnished the alienation proposal for alienation of Government land to a total extent of Ac.1.00 (Extent 0.50 cents in Sy.No.279/2 and Extent 0.50 cents in Sy.No.279/3) of Peddakalava Village, G.D. Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District in favour of Additional Assistant Engineer (O), APSPDCL, G.D. Nellore for construction of 33/11 K.V. Sub-Station near Tana in Peddakalva (V) of G.D.Nellore Mandal on payment of market value of Rs.5,41,000/- per acre. 3. In the reference 2nd read above, the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has placed the alienation proposal of the District Collector, Chittoor before the Empowered Committeemeeting held on 31-10-2011 and the said Committee has recommended it on payment of market value of Rs.5,41,000/- per acre. 4. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby order for alienation of Government land to a total extent of Ac.1-00 (Extent 0.50 cents in Sy.No.279/2 and Extent 0.50 cents in Sy.No.279/3) of Peddakalava Village, G.D.Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District in favour of Additional Assistant Engineer (O), APSPDCL, G.D. Nellore for construction of 33/11 K.V. Sub-Station near Tana in G.D.Nellore Mandal on payment of market value of Rs.5,41,000/- per acre, as recommended by the Empowered Committee, subject to usual terms and conditions as laid down in BSO.24 and other conditions if any in force and as found necessary. 5. The District Collector, Chittoor shall take further necessary action in the matter and to ensure that the payment of the cost of land is made by the APSPDCL and credit the amount to the relevant Head of Account and inform the credit particulars to the Government, immediately.
