O R D E R :
In the G.O. first read above, orders were issued approving the "Action Plan"
for ACB and Vigilance & Enforcement Department to strengthen the Department by
creating (9) new units, and additional posts, Computerisation of the Vigilance &
Enforcement Department both at Headquarters and Regional Units in the State,
purchase of Computer hardware and office equipment, etc., to improve efficiency
of the Department.
2. In Order to expedite the compilation of data and ensure timely submission of
reports, the General Administration (V&E) Department, proposed for creation of
(10) posts of Computer Data Entry Operators on outsourcing basis at the rate of one
each in the three units i.e, O/o Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Office,
Hyderabad City-I, Hyderabad City-II and Hyderabad Rural Units and 7 Posts in G.A.
(V&E) Dept., Hqrs. Office as per the guidelines issued in the G.O.Rt.No.2501,
Finance (SMPC) Department, dated 13.7.2006.
3. Government after careful consideration of the matter hereby accord sanction
for creation of (10) posts of Computer Data Entry Operators on outsourcing basis
recruited through Outsorucing Agencies on a monthly consolidated remuneration of
Rs.9,500/- p.m. (excluding Commission payable to the Agency) scrupulously
1following the guidelines issued on outsourcing for a period of six months from the
date of issue of this orders as shown below:

The expenditure on creation of the posts in para - 3 shall be debited to
the Head of Account " 2070 - Other Administrative Services, MH - 104 -
Vigilance – (05) Dept. of Vigilance & Enforcement Hqrs. and SH 06 - Department
of Vigilance & Enforcement (District Task Force) Services – 300 – Other
Contractual Services” and incurred from out of the budget allotted to the
Department.
These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department
vide their U.O.No.8515-A/188/A1/SMPC-II/12, Dt.26-3-2012.
