Colony, Hyderabad to Sri Mohd. Jahangir, Attender, o/o the Registrar, High Court of A.P, Hyderabad in
lieu of his present SRT Govt.Qtr.No.D-138 in the same Colony, Hyderabad on exchange basis as per
Allotment of Government Quarter Rules, 1973 – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
In the G.O 2nd read above, Sri Mohd. Jahangir, Attender, o/o the Registrar, High Court of A.P,
Hyderabad was allotted SRT Govt.Qtr.No.D-138 at B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad on seniority
basis and he is residing in the said Quarter till today.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri Mohd. Jahangir, Attender, o/o the Registrar, High Court of A.P,
Hyderabad informed that he is residing in Govt. Quarter No.D-138 (Up stairs) B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony,
Hyderabad since 6 years along with his family members. His son is mentally retarded. He is having a
separate room. The present Quarter is having only one room and the quarter is very small and upstairs. He
stated that the SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-78 (Ground floor), B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad is
vacant at present. Therefore, he requested the Govt. to allot said Quarter to him on exchange and medical
grounds.
3. In the reference 4th read above, the EO, Hyderabad has furnished the vacancy report of
Govt.Qtr.No.D-78 at B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad.
4. In the circumstances stated above, after due consideration, Government hereby allot the vacant SRT
Govt.Qtr.No.D-78 at B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad to Sri Mohd. Jahangir, Attender, o/o the
Registrar, High Court of A.P, Hyderabad in lieu of his present Govt. Qtr.No.D-138 in the same Colony on
exchange basis. He is informed that if he does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the
allotment will be cancelled, he will be debarred for two years and action will be taken in the matter as per
rules in force without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any
circumstances. The present allotment is made on the same terms and condition for allotment of Govt.
Quarters Rules issued from time to time.
5. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action to give physical possession of the
Quarter to the allottee on production of no dues clearance certificates issued by the concerned DEE/AEE
(R&B) Electrical on par with Civil/AP Transco and Water Works Department.
