Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.1057, Revenue (Assn.V) Department, dated 3.8.2006 2) G.O.Ms.No.49, Revenue (Assn.V) Department, dated 18.1.2008. 3) From the Collector, Rangareddy District, Lr.No.LC1/1804/2008, dated 4-8-2011. 4) From the Special C.S. & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, Lr.No.BB1/305/2010, dated 9-11-2011. *** In the references 1st and 2nd read above, orders were issued alienating the land to an extent of Ac.0-32 gts. and Ac.0.20 gts. in Sy.No.1 of Madhapur Village, Serilingamplly Mandal, in favour of HUDA, on payment of market value @ Rs.14,000/- per Sq.yard and Rs.35,000/- per Sq.yard, respectively. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Collector, Rangareddy has reported that so far the HMDA has not remitted the amount as fixed by the Government and it has not developed the said land, and informed that the subject land is very prime land and there is every possibility of encroachment, and further representations are being received for alienation of the said land, and requested the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, to place the proposals before the Government, for cancellation of alienation of the land to an extent of Ac.1-12 gts. in Sy.No.1 of Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal made in favour of HMDA vide G.O.Ms.No.1057, dated 3-8-2006 and G.O.Ms.No.49, dated 18-1-2008. 3. Through the reference 4th read above, the Special C.S. & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, while forwarding the proposal of the Collector, Rangareddy District, has requested to take further action and to communicate orders. 4. In the circumstances reported by the Collector, Rangareddy District, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby cancelled the orders issued in the G.O.Ms.No.1057, dated 3-8-2006 and G.O.Ms.No.49, dated 18-1-2008, wherein, the Government alienated the land to an extent of Ac.0-32 gts. and Ac.0.20 gts. in Sy.No.1 of Madhapur Village, Serilingamplly Mandal, in favour of HUDA, on payment of market value @ Rs.14,000/- per Sq.yard and Rs.35,000/- per Sq.yard, respectively, and the Collector, Rangareddy District, is directed to take over the possession of the subject land in the first instance, and to address the R&B authorities, for construction of Compound Wall instead of handing over the subject land to GHMC, for future alienations to be made in favour of State Governmental Organisations / Government of India Organisations, etc., and for safe custody of the land. 5. The Collector, Rangareddy District, shall take necessary action accordingly.
