Representation of Dr.O.Parthasarathi Rao, Ex-CSS, Area Hospital, Jagitial, dated 12-11-2011. * * * O R D E R: In the reference 2nd read above, the Government have dropped the further action against Dr.O.Parthasarathi Rao, Civil Surgeon Specialist, duly regularizing the period w.e.f. 01-05-1998 to 10-02-1999 (286 days) as leave whichever is eligible to him and accord permission to retire from service on Invalidation under Medical Grounds w.e.f. 31-08-1999. 2. Dr.O.Parthasarathi Rao, Ex-Civil Surgeon Specialist, Area Hospital, Jagityal has submitted a representation vide reference 3rd read above, has stated that the rest of period i.e. 03-03-1999 to 30-08-1999 (180 days) has not regularized, therefore, he has requested to sanction the leave as E.O.L. on medical grounds w.e.f. 03-03-1999 to 30-08-1999. 3. The Government after careful examination of the representation of Dr.O.Parthasarathi Rao, Ex-Civil Surgeon Specialist keeping in view of the rule position of reference 1st read above, hereby regularize the period from 03-03-1999 to 30-08-1999 as E.O.L. on Medical Grounds. 4.
