(C2) Dept., Dt:3-4-2012. *** ORDER: The Selection Committee constituted in the G.O. 1st read above has met on 20-3-2012 and recommended the name of Dr. N. Loka Naik, Civil Surgeon Specialist for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the post of Deputy Commissioner (Project, Training and Research) in A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad for the panel year 2011-2012 and furnished its recommendations in the reference 2nd read above. Government has accepted the recommendations of the Selection Committee in the G.O. 3rd read above. 2. Accordingly, under Rule 10(a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Dr. N. Loka Naik, Civil Surgeon Specialist, District Hospital, Tandur, Ranga Reddy District is promoted temporarily as Deputy Commissioner (Project, Training and Research), APVVP and posted in the o/o A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad. 3. The individual shall join in the said post within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of this order failing which action will be taken in terms of Rule 11 (b) of A.P.
