Vol. I, sanction is hereby accorded to Smt. Anwarunissa Begum, Office subordinate, Agriculture and Cooperation Department for an advance of Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) towards purchase of Motor Cycle subject to the following conditions:- i) that she should draw the advance within two months from the date of this order; ii) that she should pay the final payment for the Motor cycle within one month from the date on which the advance is drawn, failing which the full amount of the advance drawn along with interest thereon for one month must be refunded to Government; iii) that she shall execute a Mortgage Bond in Form 4 of APFC Vol.I and that the Motor Cycle is insured against loss or damage by fire, theft or accident from the date of purchase of Motor Cycle failing which the full amount of the advance drawn along with interest accrued must be refunded to Government. 2. If the actual price paid for the Motor Cycle is less than the advance drawn, the balance should be refunded to the Government forthwith. The Mortgage bond in Form-4 of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code Volume-I along with the original stamped receipt of the purchase, receipt of the purchased price of Motor Cycle should be submitted to the Government promptly soon after the vehicle is purchased with a report of the dates of drawal of the advance and of the purchase of the Motor Cycle and of its insurance. 3. The insurance policy should be forwarded to the Pay and Accounts Officer for perusal together with a letter in Form 5 addressed to Motor Insurance Company with whom the Motor Cycle is insured notifying the company the fact that the Government are interest in the policy secured. 4. The advance sanctioned in para-1 above shall be recovered in 80 monthly installments at the rate of Rs. 750/- per month and the interest @ 5% will be charged on the advance taken and shall be recovered in 16 monthly installments. The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual concerned. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
