From the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, Lr.No.Spl.B3/354/2011, Dt:10.11.2011 * * * ORDER: In the reference 1st read above the Collector, Anantapur has submitted proposals for alienation of Government land admeasuring Ac.0.50 Cts., in Sy.No.513-B2A3 at Kanekal village and Mandal, Anantapur District, in favour of District Manager, APSCSC Ltd., Anantapur for construction of MLS Godown point on payment of market value at Rs.35,00,000/- per acre, and reported that the land is classified as Government Poromboke and suitable for construction of MLS Point. A-1 notice has been issued, and no objections have been received. The Gram Panchayat has resolved to alienate the said land in favour of APSCSC Ltd. 2. The Collector, Anantapur has further requested to alienate the land in Sy.No.513-B2A3 to an extent of Ac.0.50 Cts., of Kanekal village and Mandal in favour of District Manager, APSCSC Ltd., Anantapur for construction of Godown (MLS Point) on payment of market value at Rs.35.00 Lakhs per acre. 3. In the reference 2nd read above the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has reported that, the proposal of the District Collector, Anantapur has been placed before the Empowered Committee meeting held on 31.10.2011, and the Committee have recommended the proposal on payment of market value of Rs.35,00,000/- per acre. 4. In the circumstances reported by the Collector, Anantapur/the Spl.CS & CCLA, Hyderabad and as recommended by the Empowered Committee, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby decide and order that the Government land to an extent of Acs.0.50 Cts., in Sy.No.513-B2A3 situated at Kanekal (V&M) Anantapur District be alienated in favour of District Manager, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Anantapur, for construction of MLS Godown point on payment of market value at Rs.35,00,000/- (Thirty Five Lakhs only) per acre in terms and conditions of BSO-24. …..2--2-- 5.
