Land-Kurnool District- Alienation of Government land admeasuring
Ac.5.00 Cts., in Sy.No. 511/B2 situated at Orvakal (V) & (M), Kurnool
District in favour of the A.P.State Seed Development Corporation Ltd.,
Hyderabad on payment of market value of Rs.2.50 Lakhs per acre for
expansion of Seed Processing-cum-Storage Unit in Kurnool District under
Central Sector Scheme in terms and conditions of BSO-24 – Orders –
Issued.

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above the Collector, Kurnool has reported
that, on the requisition filed by the A.P. State Seed Development
Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad, he has obtained proposals for alienation of
the Government land admeasuring Acs.5.00 Cts., in Sy.No.511/B2 situated
at Orvakal (V) & (M) in favour of the A.P. State Seed Development
Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for expansion of Seed Processing-cum-
Storage facilities in Kurnool under Central Sector Scheme.
2. The Collector, Kurnool has further reported that, the Revenue
authorities have inspected the subject land, and reported that, the land
admeasuring Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.511/B2 is subdivided from Sy.No.511/B.
The land is classified as AW land, and is nearer to NH-18. The land is
suitable for construction of Seed Processing and Storage unit. A1 Notice
has been published and no objections were received within the stipulated
time. The Gram Panchayat, Orvakal has passed resolution for alienation of
said land in favour of State Seed Development Corporation Ltd.,
Hyderabad.
3. The Collector, Kurnool has further requested to alienate the same
land in favour of the A.P. State Seed Development Corporation Ltd,
Hyderabad for expansion of Seed Processing-cum-Storage Unit in Kurnool,
under Central Sector Scheme on payment of market value of Rs.2.50
lakhs per acre.
4. In the reference 2nd read above the Special Chief Secretary and
Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has reported
that, the proposal of the Collector, Kurnool has been placed before the
Empowered Committee on 15.2.2011 and the Committee has
recommended the proposal on payment of market value of Rs.2.50 lakhs
per acre.

5. In the circumstances reported by the Collector, Kurnool / the Special
Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration
Hyderabad, and as recommended by the Empowered Committee, the
Government, after careful examination of the matter hereby decide and
order that the Government land admeasuring Acs.5.00 in Sy.No.511/B2
situated at Orvakal (V) & (M), Kurnool District, be alienated in favour of
the A.P. State Seed Development Corporation Ltd, Hyderabad, on payment
of market value of Rs.2.50 lakhs (Two Lakhs Fifty Thousands only) per
acre for expansion of Seed Processing cum Storage Unit in Kurnool
District under Central Sector Scheme, in terms and conditions of BSO-24.
6. The Collector, Kurnool District shall take necessary action
accordingly.
