From the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, Lr.No.Spl.B3/477/2010, Dt:29.12.2010. * * * ORDER: In the reference 1st read above the Collector, Anantapur has proposed for alienation of Government land admeasuring Ac.18.68 Cts., in Sy.No.1587-A2A1A3B, 1587-A2A1A3C…,etc., situated at Jutur (V), Peddapappur (M) in favour of M/s Asmith Biotech’s Tadipatri, on payment of market value. 2. The Collector, Anantapur District has further reported that, the Revenue authorities have inspected the land, and reported that the lands were assigned to landless poor persons in the year 1985 as per D.R.Dis No.1/95, dt.31.7.1985. But the assignees were not cultivating the lands since several years and made the representation before the Tahsildar and consented for resumption of their lands in favour of Government. The Tahsildar has resumed the lands to the Government vide Progs.R Dis No. 123/2009, dt.25.7.2009 on violation of condition of grant of assignment and on the relinquishment made voluntarily by the assignees. The lands are dry and lying waste from long back without any cultivation. There are no permanent structures over the lands. 3. The Collector, Anantapur District has also reported that, A-1 Notice has been published and no objections have been received within the stipulated time. The Gram Panchayat of Jutur (V) has passed resolution for alienation of the same land. 4. The Collector, Anantapur has finally requested to alienate the land admeasuring Ac.18.68 Cts., in Sy.No.1587-A2A1A3B, 1587- A2A1A3C..etc., at Jutur (V), Peddapappur (M) in favour of M/s Asmith Biotech’s Tadipatri on payment of market value of Rs.50,000/- per acre. …..2--2-- 5. In the reference 2nd read above the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has reported that, the proposals of the District Collector, Anantapur has been placed before the Empowered Committee meeting on 1.12.2010 and the Committee have recommended the proposals on payment of market value of Rs.50,000/- per acre. The Medical and Health Department has also endorsed the proposal. 6. In the circumstances reported by the Collector Anantapur District/the Spl.CS & CCLA, Hyderabad and as recommended by the Empowered Committee the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby decide and order that the Government land admeasuring Acs.18.68 cts., in Sy.No.1587-A2A1A3B, 1587-A2A1A3C…. etc., situated at Jutur (V), Peddapappur (M), Anantapur District be alienated in favour of M/s Asmith Biotechs Tadipatri, for the purpose of plantation of Medicinal and Aromatic plants for production of Homeopathy Ayurvedic and Unani Medicine on payment of market value of Rs.50,000/-(Fifty thousands only) per acre, in terms and conditions of BSO-24 and other usual conditions. 7. The Collector, Anantapur shall take necessary action accordingly.
