NOTIFICATION-I In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby constitute a separate Agricultural Market Committee, Bellampally, from the notified areas of Agricultural Market Committees Asifabad, Mancherial, Sirpur-Khagaznagar and Chennur in Adilabad District as bifurcated in G.O.Ms.No.190, A&C [AM.I] Department, Dated.25.07.2011 for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale in respect of Agricultural produce, Live Stock and products of Live Stock specified in schedule-II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095 Food & Agricultural (Agri.IV) Department, Dated.29th October, 1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, Dated: the 7th November, 1968, Part-II and other commodities added to the said list from time to time, by the name specified in column (3) of the Annexure with Head Quarters at the place specified in Column (4) thereof. It shall come into effect from the date of taking charge by the Person-In-Charge/Chairman. NOTIFICATION-II Under clauses (a) and (b) of subsection (3) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declare the Market Committee specified in column (3) of the Annexure to establish a market at the place specified in column (5) thereof for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Live Stock and product of Live Stock specified in Schedule-II to the Food and Agriculture Department notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095, Dated.29-10-1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part-II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44, Dated.7-11-1968 and G.O.Ms.No.286, Dated.05.07.1994 of A&C [Mktg.I] Deparment, A.P., Hyderabad and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time.
