O R D E R:
The Departmental Promotion Committee to recommend the names of Translators,
Law Department for inclusion in the panel for promotion to the category of Assistant
Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department for the panel year 2011-2012, met
on 28.12.2011 at 4.00 P.M. in the chambers of the Secretary to Government, Legal
Affairs, Law Department and after going through the A.C.Rs., relevant records and other
material papers of the eligible Translators, Law Department in the seniority list and after
making an overall assessment of their service record and work done, recommended the
name of Smt. K.Saradamba be included in the panel of Translators, Law Department for
promotion to the category of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law
Department for the panel year 2011-2012.
2. The Government after careful consideration, hereby approve the above
recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee for inclusion of the name
of Smt. K.Saradamba, Translator, Law Department in the panel fit for appointment by
promotion to the post of Assistant Draftsman to Government (Telugu), Law Department
for the Panel Year 2011-2012, subject to outcome of O.As./W.Ps./W.As./R.Ps./C.As etc.,
if any, pending before the Tribunal/Courts.
