ORDER;
Under Article 230 and 231 of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code
Volume I and as per the revised rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.62, Finance
Department, Dated: 18.12.1956, Government hereby sanction an amount of
Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to Sri B. Dashrath, Record
Assistant, Revenue Department towards Motor Cycle Advance.
2. The Grant of Advance to the individual is subject to the following
conditions:-
i) that he should purchase the Motor Cycle finally, pay for it and produce the cash
receipt within one month from the date on which the advance is drawn, failing which
the full amount of advance drawn together with the interest should be refunded to
the Government immediately;
ii) that if the actual price paid for the Motor Cycle is less than the advance drawn, the
balance should be refunded to the Government;
iii) that he should execute mortgage bond in Form-14 of A.P. Financial Code Volume-
I.;
iv) that the Motor Cycle is insured against loss or damage by fire or accident from the
date of the purchase, otherwise the advance drawn with interest should be
refunded to Government.
v) the advance should be recovered in (60) equal monthly installments @
Rs.1000/- p.m. The recovery should commence from the following month to the
month in which advance is drawn.
vi) The interest at the rate of 5 ยฝ % per annum (simple interest) shall be charged on
the loan from the date of drawal of the advance and it shall be recovered in 10
monthly installments.
vii) the individual should submit to Govt. mortgage bond in Form-14 of the A.P.
Financial Code Volume-I as soon as Motor Cycle is purchased with a report of the
drawal of the advance and purchase of Motor Cycle The date of Insurance of the
Motor Cycle should also be reported in due course. The advance should be drawn
immediately.
viii) the Insurance Policy should be forwarded to the Pay and Accounts Officer,
Hyderabad for perusal together with a letter in Form-15 of the A.P. Financial Code
Volume-I addressed to the Motor Insurance Company of the fact that the
Government are in interest in the policy secured.
ix) The Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P., Hyderabad is informed that the Agreement
Bond in Form-13 of the A.P. Financial Code Volume-I has been executed by the
individual and the same is duly countersigned by the Competent Authority.
x) The Individual referred to in Para 1 above to whom Motor Cycle Advance is
sanctioned has submitted surety bond as required under Rules.
xi) The advance sanctioned to the individual in para (1) above is the first advance and
he has not drawn any conveyance in the preceding Five Years.

3. The expenditure shall be debited to โ7610- Loans to Government Servants
etc.,- MH.202 -Advance for purchase of Motor Conveyances; SH(05) Loans for
purchase of Motor Cycles 001- Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles.โ
4. The Revenue (OP.II) Department are requested to draw and disburse the
Motor Cycle Advance sanctioned to the individual in para 1 above immediately.
They should watch the full recovery of the advance including interest.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under
the rules and orders in force.
