In the reference 2nd read above, the Spl.C.S. & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad has reported that, the above proposal has been placed in the Empowered Committee meeting held on 21-7-2011 and the Committee has recommended the proposal of the Collector, Adilabad District. 3. Government, after careful examination of the matter in detail, hereby accord permission to the Collector, Adilabad District to transfer the Govt land to an extent of Ac 0.04 gts. in Sy. No.1309 situated at Nirmal Village and Mandal, Adilabad District in favour of Deputy Director, Ground Water Department, Nirmal for construction of office building for Deputy Director, Ground Water Department, Nirmal on free of cost, as recommended by the Empowered Committee meeting held on 21-7-2011, under the proviso of BSO-22 (para 8), subject to usual terms and conditions laid down under Rule 6 of Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Alienation of State Land Revenue Rules 1975 and other conditions in force and as found necessary.
