Lr.No.Estt.AMC(1)/2009, dt. 25.11.2011. @@@ ORDER:- Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh(Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Act, 1966, a preliminary notification has been issued vide reference 5th read above, for making amendment to rule 161 and rule 180 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Rules, 1969 and the same has been published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazettee dated 18.8.2011 inviting objections/suggestions within one month from the date of publication of the Notification. 2. And whereas, no objections/suggestions have been received by the Government / Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad within the prescribed time limit. 3. Now, therefore the Government have decided to issue the following final notification and the same will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazettee:- FINAL NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Market Act, 1966 (Act. No.16 of 1966), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Rules, 1969 the same having been previously published at pages 39, 40 and 41 of the rules Supplement to Part I of the Andhra Pradesh Gazetee No.II dated the 18th August, 2011 as required under sub-section (4) of the section 33 of the said Act. AMENDMENTS (1) In the said rules, (i) In rule 161 in the Table (a) in category (5) Secretary Grade-III for item (ii) in Column (3) against item (i) in Column (2) by direct recruitment, the following shall be substituted, namely:- Contd…2:: 2 :: “ Age limit not to exceed 34 years as on the date of appointment and a relaxation of 5 years shall be allowed to SC./ST/BC/PH candidates” (b) in category (6) Assistant Secretary for item (ii) in Column (3) against item (i) in Column (2), By Direct Recruitment, the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ Age limit not to exceed 34 years as on the date of appointment and a relaxation of 5 years shall be allowed to SC/ST/BC/PH candidates” (ii) In rule 180 in the Table (a) in categories 7, 8, 9 ie., Bid-Clerk, Grader and Assistant Market Supervisor only in item No.(i) in Column (3) against item No.(ii) in Column (2) By Direct Recruitment the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ Age limit not exceeding 34 years as on the date of appointment and a relaxation of 5 years shall be allowed to SC/ST/BC/PH candidates” in respect of categories of post (7-Bid-Clerk), (8- Grader), (9-Assistant Market Supervisor)”. (b) in category 16 ie., Junior Marketing Supervisor (Maistry) for item (i) Column (3) against item (i) in Column (2) By Direct Recruitment , the following shall be substituted, namely:- “ Age limit not exceeding 34 years as on the date of appointment and a relaxation of 5 years shall be allowed to SC/ST/BC/PH candidates”.
