G.O.Ms.No.823, General Administration (MC-III) Dept, dated : 31.10.2007 2. From C & DSE, AP, Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.1151/D2-2(F1-1)/2009, dated : 11.08.2011 *** O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has reported that the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore has submitted proposal for retention of Sri P.Balasudhakar, SGT, ZPHSC, Narsapuram, Indukurpet Mandal who was repatriated from Nellore district to his local cadre district viz., YSR Kadapa District under G.O.Ms.No.173, Dt : 18.12.2007. He has also stated that the individual has been continued in the district as per the orders of the APAT, Hyderabad and that the individual further requested to retain him as his wife is working in the New India Assurance Company Ltd., Nellore under spouse category. 2. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, AP, Hyderabad, AP, Hyderabad has also stated that the Government have issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.823, GA (MC-III) Dept, dt : 30.10.2007 to retain the Non-local spouses identified at that places in the public interest provided the spouse is working in the same local area and hence requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter. 3. After careful examination of the matter in consultation with GA (MC-I) Department., Government hereby order for retention of Sri P.Balasudhakar, SGT, ZPHSC, Narspuram, Indukurpet, SPSR Nellore District under spouse grounds in terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 1st read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
