School Education Department dt:31.01.2012. 5. Govt. Memo No:2564/SE.OP/1/2012, dt:02.02.2012 . 6.. Letter from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad Lr.No:301/CDS/2012, dt:24.02.2012. @@@@ ORDER: Smt .D. Atchuta kumari, Section Officer., School Education Department in her application 4th read above, has requested the Government to reimburse an amount Rs.7,262/- incurred towards the Medical expenses for her Father’s treatment for HTN, DM, for the period from 3.11.2011 to 02.02.2012. at Civil Dispensary, Secretariat. Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 6th read above, the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt .Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has scrutinized the Medical Bills and informed that an amount of Rs7,262/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Two only) is admissible for reimbursement. 3. Government, after scrutiny of the claim in terms of G.Os 1st, 2nd & 3rd read above, hereby accord sanction for reimbursement of an amount of Rs7,262/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Two only) as admissible amount for reimbursement. to Smt .D. Atchuta kumari, Section Officer School Education Department incurred towards the Medical expenses for her Father’s treatment for HTN, DM, for the period from 3.11.2011 to 02.02.2012. at Civil Dispensary, Secretariat. Hyderabad. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (3) above shall be debited to “2251 – Secretariat – Social Services – 090 Secretariat SH(18) – Education (SE-Wing) Department, 010 Salaries – 017 Medical Reimbursement”. 5. The Education (SE.OP/Claims) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned at para (3) above and credit the same into the individual’s bank account through ECS. 6.
