Read the following: 1. From the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Letter ROC.No.2967/E1/2011, dated: 08.12.2011. 2. G.O.Ms.No19, Law (LA&J. Home-Courts.C) Department, dated:21-2-2012. 3. From the Election Commission of India, letter No.100/AP-LA/1-7/2012, dated 03-03-2012. *** ORDER: Vide G.O.2nd read above, the Government have issued orders for creation of following eight (8) Special Mobile Courts, out of Thirteen (13), in the first instance, to be presided over by 1st Class Judicial Magistrates as required under the provisions of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Promotion of Social Audit and Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance, 2012 in a district or for contiguous districts in the State for trial of offences found to have been committed in the social audit and to facilitate expeditious disposal of the cases under the provisions of the said Ordinance. The Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, in the letter 1st read above, communicated the views of the High Court for establishment of 13 Special Mobile Courts, inter alia, stating that the following pattern of the staff, as was sanctioned to the 22 Special Mobile (PCR) Courts functioning in the State, may be considered to each Special Mobile Court proposed to be established by the Government in this regard. In the letter 3rd read above, the Election Commission of India have communicated that the Commissioner has considered the matter and has no objection to establish the remaining five (5) Special Mobile Courts where Model Code of Conduct is in force. 4. Government after careful consideration and examination of the issue hereby accord sanction, for creation / establishment of Five (5) remaining Special Mobile Courts in the State, to try the offences under the Andhra Pradesh Promotion of Social Audit and Prevention of Corrupt Practices Ordinance, 2012, at the following places with the staff pattern mentioned below:- PLACE DISTRICTS ATTACHED 1.
