ORDER:
Smt. D.S.S.Susheela, Joint Director of Agriculture, O/o C&DA, Hyderabad, is
hereby temporarily appointed by transfer on promotion under Rule 10 (a) of the
A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 to the post of Additional Director of
Agriculture in the scale of pay of Rs.34,050 – 54,360/- plus usual allowances
admissible under the rules in force from time to time.
2. On promotion as Additional Director of Agriculture, Smt. D.S.S.Susheela, is
posted as Additional Director of Agriculture, O/o C&DA, Hyderabad in the
existing vacancy.
3. The appointment order in para –1 above is subject to the following
conditions:-
(a) it is purely temporary and on an adhoc basis and shall not confer any right
for regular appointment. She is liable to be reverted as Joint Director of
Agriculture at any time without notice and without assigning any reason
thereof:
(b) The appointment is subject to outcome of WPs / WAs/ RPs / CAs etc., if
any pending before the A.P.Administrative Tribunal / High Court or any
other Courts.
4. Smt. D.S.S.Susheela, should join the promotion post of Additional Director
of Agriculture within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If she fails to
join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time,
she shall forfeit all her rights both for the present and future for the post of Addl.
Director of Agriculture without any notice in terms of Rule 11(b) of the A.P.State
and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, read with G.O.Ms.No.123 Genl.Administration
(Ser.D) Department, dated:14-03-2001.

5. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad is requested to
intimate the date of joining of the above officer to the Government for information
and record.
