ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government have issued orders for
deletion of the Kamanpur Mandal from the jurisdiction of the Court of Junior
Civil Judge, Manthani and to include the same into the jurisdiction of the
Junior Civil Judge Court, Peddapalli. Subsequently, the Notification was
published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Registrar (Vigilance), has stated that
the High Court, having discussed with the president and members of the Bar
Associations, Peddapally and Manthani, has reconsidered the earlier decision
and decided to retain the Kamanpur Mandal with the jurisdiction of Junior Civil
Judge, Manthani and requested the Government to issue orders accordingly.
3. The Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby
accord sanction to retain the Kamanpur Mandal with the jurisdiction of Junior
Civil Judge, Manthani and to cancel the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.95, Law
(LA &J-Home-Courts.C) Department, dated:24-8-2011.
4. The Registrar (Vigilance), Andhra Pradesh High Court shall take
necessary action accordingly.
5. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an
Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section (15)
read with sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act,
1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation
with the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, consequent on retaining the
jurisdiction of Kamanpur mandal in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Manthani
and in partial modification of all previous notifications issued on the subject
hereby directs that with effect on and from the date of publication of this
notification issued in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette Extraordinary, the Senior
Civil Judge Court, Manthani and Peddapalli shown at column No (2) of the
Table below, shall have and exercise the local jurisdiction over the Revenue
(P.T.O.): 2 :
mandals shown at column No (4) against the said Courts as shown in the
Table below:
