Read : From the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, letter No.Roc.No.521/E1/2012, dated:3-3-2011. *** ORDER The Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in his letter read above, has forwarded the Draft Notification for specifying a Court of Sessions in each District for speedy trial and disposal of cases relating to Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 and the offences against the children. 2. The Government after careful examination of the matter have decided to approve the Draft Notification with regard to the newly promulgated Act i.e “Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005”. 3. Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under section 25 of the “Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005”, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court hereby specify the Courts of I Additional District and Sessions Judges in all the Districts and the Courts of I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judges in Metropolitan Sessions Divisions of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada, to try the offences against Children or of violation of Child Rights, in the State.
