A.P. Public Employment (Regulation of Age of superannuation) Act, 1984. 2. From the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of A.P., Lr.Roc.No.2483/ 2012-B Spl., dated: 03.2012. *** O R D E R: The Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of Andhra Pradesh in the letter second read above, has informed that the High Court has reviewed the continued utility of the services of Sri T.V.Chalapathi Rao, II Member, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings-cum-VII Addl.Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and felt that the officer is not fit to be continued in service upto the age of 60 years, and he shall be compulsorily retired from service on completion of age of 58 years i.e., on 31.03.2012 as per the first proviso to section 3(IA) of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act,1984 as amended by Act No.42 of 2006 and he shall be paid 3 months pay and allowances in lieu of notice. 2. The Government after careful consideration of the matter, hereby order that Sri T.V.Chalapathi Rao, II Member, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings- cum-VII Addl.Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, shall retire from service compulsorily with effect from 31.03.2012 A.N. 3. The Government hereby also order that three months pay and allowances (last drawn) shall be drawn and paid to Sri T.V.Chalapathi Rao, II Member, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings-cum-VII Addl.Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in lieu of notice in terms of Rule 44 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980. The Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is hereby authorized to draw and pay the 3 months pay and allowances to the Officer. 4. The following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, immediately. N O T I F I C A T I O N Sri T.V.Chalapathi Rao, II Member, Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings-cum-VII Addl.Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, (p.t.o.)//2// shall retire from service compulsorily on the afternoon of the 31st March, 2012 on attaining the age of fifty eight (58) years as he is found not fit to be continued in service upto the age of 60 years as he is not found to be of continued utility to perform his duties on an assessment and evaluation of the record made by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in terms of the first proviso to sub-section (1A) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act,1984 as amended by Act No.42 of 2006.
