Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad has stated that Dr. P.Venkataratnam, District Co-ordinator of Hospital Services, Srikakulam has completed 25 years of service and requested to permit him to retire voluntarily from service. No charges/ disciplinary cases are pending against him. He has requested to consider his request and issue necessary orders in the matter. 2. The Government, after examining the matter, have decided to accept the request of Dr. P.Venkataratnam, District Co-ordinator of Hospital Services, Srikakulam and permit him to retire voluntarily from service with effect from 29-02-2012 A.N., subject to the provisions of Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980. 3. The following notification shall be published in the A.P. Gazette: NOTIFICATION “The Government hereby permit Dr. P.Venkataratnam, District Co- ordinator of Hospital Services, Srikakulam to retire voluntarily from Government service with effect from 29-02-2012 A.N., subject to the provisions of Rule 43 read with Rule 9 of A.P. Revised pension Rules, 1980”. 4. The Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary action accordingly.
