From the Commissioner and Director of Agriculture, Lr.No.AI(2) 903/11, dated: 28-02-2012. &&&& ORDER: Sri Chandrasekhar, Joint Director of Agriculture, Medak is hereby temporarily appointed by transfer on promotion under Rule 10 (a) of the A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 to the post of Additional Director of Agriculture in the scale of pay of Rs.34,050 – 54,360/- plus usual allowances admissible under the rules in force from time to time. 2. On promotion as Additional Director of Agriculture, Sri Chandrasekhar, is posted as General Manager (Admn.), O/o A.P.State Seeds Development Corporation on deputation basis under F.S. terms and conditions stipulated in the G.O., 1st read above. 3. The appointment order in para –1 above is subject to the following conditions:- (a) it is purely temporary and on an adhoc basis and shall not confer any right for regular appointment. He is liable to be reverted as Joint Director of Agriculture at any time without notice and without assigning any reason thereof: (b) The appointment is subject to outcome of WPs / WAs/ RPs / CAs etc., if any pending before the A.P.Administrative Tribunal / High Court or any other Courts. 4. Sri Chandrasekhar, should join the promotion post of Additional Director of Agriculture within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evade joining by applying for leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights both for the present and future for the post of Addl. Director of Agriculture without any notice in terms of Rule 11(b) of the A.P.State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, read with G.O.Ms.No.123 Genl.Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated:14-03-2001. //pto// -2-5.
