Read: <<>> O R D E R: Whereas it has been to appear that Dr.M.Subrahmanyam, Regional Director of Medical & Health Services, Rajahmundry (Retired) has failed to maintain absolute integrity, discipline and devotion to duty and exhibited behaviour unbecoming of a Government servant and violated Rule-3 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964. 2. Now therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (1) of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate Departmental proceedings against the said Dr.M.Subrahmanyam, Regional Director of Medical & Health Services, Rajahmundry (Retired). It is further directed that the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification Control & Appeal) Rules, 1991 by Government.
