O R D E R:
Whereas it has been to appear that Sri K.Radha Krishna Murthy,
Physiotherapist (Retired), Office of the Additional District Medical & Health Officer
(Aids & Leprosy), Kadapa has failed to maintain absolute integrity, discipline and
devotion to duty and exhibited behaviour unbecoming of a Government servant
and violated Rule-3 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
2. Now therefore, sanction is accorded under sub-clause (1) of clause (b) of
sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to initiate
Departmental proceedings against the said Sri K.Radha Krishna Murthy,
Physiotherapist (Retired), Office of the Additional District Medical & Health Officer
(Aids & Leprosy), Kadapa. It is further directed that the said departmental
proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in
Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification Control & Appeal) Rules,
1991 by Government. Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department at
Hyderabad.
