ORDER: The Selection Committee constituted in the G.O. 1st read above has met on 9-2-2012 and recommended Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao Joint Commissioner (Medical) to the post of Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad on adhoc basis subject to outcome of OA/WP/SLPs pending before the Courts if any and furnished its recommendations in the reference 2nd read above. 2. The Government after careful examination have accepted the recommendations of Selection Committee and in exercise of powers conferred under Sub-Section 3(a) of Section 3 of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986, Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao, Joint Commissioner (Medical), A.P.V.V.P. who is holding the post of Commissioner, APVVP (FAC) is hereby appointed by promotion to the post of Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad on adhoc basis in the scale of pay of Rs.44740- 55660 subject to outcome of the OA/WPs/SLPs pending before the Courts if any. 3. Dr. K. Phanikoteswara Rao should join the promotion post within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order failing which he shall forfeit his right to the post of Commissioner, A.P.
