From the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, AP, Hyderabad, Final Report RC.No.113/RCT-VKI/2007-S9, dt. 29.10.2007. 2. G.O.Ms.No. 281, Agriculture & Cooperation (Vig.III) Dept., dated 03.10.2008. 3. From the Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB cases, Vijayawada Judgment dt. 08.12.2011 in CC No.59/2008 4. From the DG, ACB, Hyd., No.113/RCT-VKI/2007- S9, dt. 30.12.2011 and dt. 23.2.2012) &&& ORDER : In the reference first read above, the Investigation Agency, had recommended for prosecution of the Accused Officer, Sri Donepudi Rama Rao, Assistant Registrar/ formerly Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kaikalur in a Court of Law for the offences punishable under section 7 and 13 (2) r/w clause (d) of Section 13 (1) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, on the allegation of corruption. Accordingly, in the reference second read above orders were issued, for prosecution of the Accused Officer, Sri Donepudi Rama Rao, Assistant Registrar/ formerly Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kaikalur in a Court of Law. 2. In the reference fourth read above, the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad, has informed that the Spl. Judge for SPE & ACB cases, Vijayawada has pronounced the judgment on 08.12.2011 in C.C.No. 59/2008, the Accused Officer Sri Donepudi .Rama Rao, Asst. Registrar/Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kaikaluru, Krishna District guilty for the offences under Section 7 , 13 (2) r/w 13 (1) (d) of the P.C Act, 1988 and convicted him Under Section 248(2) Cr.P.C. The Accused Officer was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment (R.I) for six months and to pay a fine of Rs. 2,000/-and in default of payment of fine amount to undergo simple imprisonment for one month for the Offences Under Section 7 of the P.C Act. The Judge further sentenced the Accused Officer to under go rigorous imprisonment for one year and also to pay fine of Rs. 3,000/-and in default to suffer simple imprisonment for three months for the offence U/s 13 2 r/w 13(1)(d)) of the P.C Act. Both the sentences were ordered to run concurrently. 3. The Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad further informed that in G.O.Ms.No.2, General Administration (Ser,C) Department, dated 4.1.1999, Government directed that in all proven cases of misappropriation , bribery, corruption etc., the penalty of dismissal from service shall be imposed without any notice. 4. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.240, General Administration (Ser.C) Department, dated 14.8.2003, consultation with the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission is not necessary. 5. Government after careful examination of the entire matter have decided and hereby order to impose the punishment of “ dismissal from service ” against the (P.T.O):: 2 :: Accused Officer, Sri Donepudi Rama Rao, Assistant Registrar/ formerly Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kaikalur, Krishna District with immediate effect in terms of Clause (i) of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Service (CC&A) Rules, 1991 read with G.O.Ms.No.2, General Administration (Ser.C) Department, dated 4.1.1999, consequent on his conviction in CC No.59/2008, on the file of Spl.
