Read the following:- From the Registrar, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University, Lr.No. 32124/SC/A1/2009, dated: 27-10-2009 and even No.dated:3-12-2010. and Dt. 23-07-2011. ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University in the reference read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby permit the Registrar, Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University to upgrade the post of Controller of Examinations as University Officer duly re-deploying one post of Associate Professor Cadre. 2. This order issues with the concurrence of Fin (SMPC.I) Dept. vide their U.O.No. 21875/841/A3/SMPC.I/2011, Dt. 7-10-2011. 3. The following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 39 of the Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University Act, 1963 (Act 24 of 1963), the Board of management with the prior approval of Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the First Statues of the Acharya N.G.Ranga Agricultural University issued in G.O.Ms.No.1577, Food & Agriculture (Agri.III) Department, dated: 11-6-1964 as subsequently amended., from time to time to upgrade the post of Controller of Examinations as University Officer duly re- deploying one post of Associate Professor Cadre. AMENDMENT In the said Statues, in Statute 2, after item (v), the following shall be added namely; “(vi) Controller of Examinations” (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH) V.
