Ranga Agricultural University Act, 1963 (Act 24 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby approves the amendment to the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University Employees (Manner of Appointment) Statutes, 1966 as proposed by the Board of Management of the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, as specified below in the Appendix: APPENDIX In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 39 read with Clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 20 and sub-section (10) of section 12 of the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University Act, 1963 (AP Act 24 of 1963), the Board of Management of the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University makes with the prior approval of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby the following amendment to the Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University Employees (Manner of appointment) Statutes, 1966 issued in Procds.No.120/Stat./66, dt.07-02-1966 as subsequently amended from time to time. 2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of implementation of the Government Revised Pay Scales, 2010 in the University with effect from 01-02-2010.
