From the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad Lr.No.OP/27/2011, Dated: 23.06.2011. >>><><<< ORDER: The Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above has informed that the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has passed order Dated: 22.10.2010 sanctioning a scheme of Demerge and arrangement of M/s Foods Fats Fertilizers Limited and M/s 3F Oil palm Agrotech Private Limited and their respective share holders entailing the Demerger of M/s Foods Fats Fertilizers Limited. Therefore, the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue necessary orders for demerger of M/s Foods Fats Fertilizers Limited to M/s 3F Oil palm Agrotech Private Limited as per the orders of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh and as per the guide lines issued in the reference 1st read above, with regard to “change of name/Transfer of company, after entering into MOA with Oil palm Commissioner. 2. In the circumstances explained by the Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby accord permission to demerger of M/s Foods Fats Fertilizers Limited to M/s 3F Oil palm Agrotech Private Ltd. 3. The Commissioner of Horticulture, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action duly following the relevant Rules and Regulations in the matter.
