Read the following:- 1. The 13th Finance Commission recommendations. 2. Government of India, Ministry of Law & Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, O.M.No.44(03)/2010, Judl, dated:30-06-2010. *** ORDER: In the wake of 13th Finance Commission Recommendations first read above, Government of India, in their O.M. second read above, has called upon all the States to frame State Litigation Policy, 2010 on the lines of National Litigation Policy to reduce Government litigation in various Courts in the State. 2. Accordingly, the Andhra Pradesh State Litigation Policy has been formulated and for better monitoring of litigation system in various Courts in the State of Andhra Pradesh, Government hereby constitute a State Level Review Committee as required under para 8.2 of the said policy with the following Members: Chief Secretary Chairman Special Chief Secretary (GPM & AR) Member Secretary, Law Department Convener Director General & Executive Director Centre for Good Governance Member Managing Director, A.P. Tech.
