PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (4) read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966 and in partial modification of the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095 F&A (Agri.IV) Department, Dated.29.10.1968 and published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 7th November, 1968 – Part-II miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039, and G.O.Ms.No.419, A&C (AM.I) Department, Dated.26.07.1993 and G.O.Ms.No.37, A&C (AM.I) Department, Dated.07.03.2007, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares its intention to separate the area comprising the mandals as “specified in Annexure III” from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Krosuru and Agricultural Market Committee, Rompicherla as specified in Annexure I and to declare it to be a separate Agricultural Market Committee, Rajupalem i.e., comprising mandals Rajupalem and Nakrekalu and the remaining area comprising the Mandals as specified in Annexure-II as the Agricultural Market Committee, Krosuru and the Agricultural Market Committee, Rompicherla for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce, Livestock and products of livestock specified in Schedule-II and instruction of Government vide G.O.Ms.No.286, Dated.5.7.1994 of A&C Department of the aforesaid notification. Notice is hereby given that the matter will be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that objections or suggestions if any, received before the expiry of the said period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.
