From C&DoAM., AP., Hyderabad Lr.No.SIII(3)/1128/2010, Dated 17.01.2012. = = = ORDER:- In the G.O. 1st read above, the Agricultural Market Committee, Karimnagar has been permitted to establish a separate Fruit Market in the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee, Karimnagar under section 4(3)(a) &(b) of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce & Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Market, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has furnished proposal along with resolution of Agricultural Market Committee, Karimnagar dated 17.08.2011 for naming the new Fruit Market as “Sri Duddilla Sripada Rao Fruit Market” at Karimnagar. 3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, have decided to naming the Fruit Market at Karimnagar as “Sri Duddilla Sripada Rao Fruit Market” at Karimnagar and accordingly, hereby issue the following notification for publishing in the next issue of the Andhra Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette:- NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred under clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agriculture Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966, (Act No.16 of 1966), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby named the Fruit Market at Karimnagar established by the Agricultural Market Committee, Karimnagar vide Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.137, Agriculture & Cooperation Marketing-I) Department dated 6.6.2008 as “Sri Duddilla Sripada Rao Fruit Market, Karimnagar”.
