Representation from Dr.D.Rajamohana Rao, Dt.6-6-2005 3. Govt.memo.No.14030/VC1(1)/03-6, Dt.30-3-2007 4. From the Enquiry Officer report Dt.24-9-2010 5. Govt.Memo.No.14030/VC1(1)/2003, Dt.2-8-2011 6. From Dr. D. Raja Mohan Rao, DM&HO (Retd) Dt.5-8-2011 ** * ** ORDER: On credible information it was brought to the notice certain irregularities were noticed at Primary Health Center, Shaligouraram, Nalgonda District for the lapse of Dr. M. Raja Mohana Rao, District Medical & Health Officer not conducting inspections and inspection notes during his tenure from 1-7-2002 to 3-5-2003 on Primary Health Center, Shaligouraram and initiated departmental action under Rule 20 of A.P.Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991 vide reference 1st read above. In the reference 2nd read above, Dr. M. Raja Mohana Rao, has submitted his explanation and after examining the explanation a regular enquiry ordered in the reference 3rd read above. The Inquiry Officer has submitted the enquiry report in the reference 4th read above. After examination of the Inquiry Officer report, accepted the findings of the Inquiry Officer and to recover an amount of Rs.2,260/- from him. 2. Government having examined the report of Commissioner of Inquiry, communicated to the Charged Officer for making his representation if any, on the provisional decision in the reference 5th read above. In the reference 6th read above, Dr. M. Raja Mohan Rao, has submitted his explanation and the same was not convincing and no new grounds thereon.. 3. After careful examination of the entire matter, Government hereby decided to recover an amount of Rs.2,260/- (Rupees two thousand two hundred and sixty only) from Dr. M. Raja Mohana Rao, District Medical & Health Officer (Retd), Nalgonda District. 4. Accordingly, Government hereby order to recover an amount of Rs.2,260/- (Rupees two thousand two hundred and sixty only) from Dr. M. Raja Mohana Rao, District Medical & Health Officer (Retd), Nalgonda District 5. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter.
