ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, Government have provided interest rebate of 6% on current demand of Short Term crop loans and current instalments of Medium Term (agriculture) and Long Term loans to the farmer members of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) in the State including Farmers Service Cooperative Societies (FSCS) and Ceded societies, for the year 2006-07, provided that the current demand is repaid fully on or before 31.03.2007. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have dovetailed the scheme of Government of India and NABARD in regard to ST-SAO loans with the Interest Rebate Scheme of Government of Andhra Pradesh and the scheme was further extended up to 31.5.2007 in G.O 3rd read above. . 3. In the reference 4th and 5th read above, Government have issued administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.33,97,50,000/- towards the 1st, 2nd,& 3rd quarters under the Normal State Plan 2010-2011 of the provision made during the B.E. 2010-2011 for the implementation of the Interest Rebate Scheme for the year 2006-2007. 4. In the reference 6th cited, the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P. Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction and release of amount under the Interest Rebate Scheme for the year 2006-2007, 2007-08 & 2008-09. 5. In the G.O 7th and 8th read above, Government have issued administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.11,32,50,000/-(Rupees Eleven Crores Thirty Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) and Rs. 19,91,00,000/-( Rupees Nineteen Crores Ninty one lakhs Only) respectively under Normal State Plan being the provision made in the B.E.2011-2012 for implementation of Interest Rebate Scheme 2006-07 respectively. 6. In the reference 9th read above, the Finance Department, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.11,32,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Thirty --- ---Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) as 2nd quarter for the B.E. provision 2011-12 under Normal State Plan for the implementation of the Interest Rebate Schemes. Pto-2 7. In pursuance of the Budget Release Orders issued by Finance Department in the G.O. 9th read above, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.11,32,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Thirty Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) as 2nd quarter for the B.E. 2011-12, under Normal State Plan, towards implementation of Interest Rebate Scheme for the year 2007—2008. 8. The amount sanctioned in para 6 above shall be debited to the relevant Heads of Account and also the amount released against each is as follows. (in Rupees) Head of Account Amount now released Ist Quarter 2425-MH 107- GH -11- SH (07)-310/312- OGIA 8,68,29,000 2425-789-11-SH (07) – 310/312 OGIA 1,87,21,000 2425 – 796 – 11-SH (07)- 310/312-OGIA. 77,00,000 Grand Total:: 11,32,50,000 9. The Deputy Registrar (H.O), Office of Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabad is authorized to draw and disburse the amounts to the A.P. State Coop. Bank ltd., for implementing the Interest Rebate scheme 2007-08. The Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies A.P. Hyd., shall take necessary action accordingly. 10. This Order issues with the Concurrence of Finance ( Exp. A & C ) Dept., vide their U.O.No.006604/117/A2/Exp.A& C/12, dt. 17.03.2012.
