The following Notification will be published in the next issue of the Andhra
Pradesh Gazetee:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Section 3 of Land
Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
appoint the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranga Reddy East Division as Land
Acquisition Officer to perform the functions of the Collector, under the said Act
within his jurisdiction for the purpose of acquisition of lands for 4 laning of
Hyderabad-Karimnagar-Ramagundam road.
