Hyderabad, Lr.No.S.III(1)1799/2010, Dated 25-10-2011 and 01-02-2012. *** ORDER:- In the circumstance explained by the Commissioner and Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad vide reference 5th read above, Government after careful examination hereby issue the following amendment to para-4 (a) and (b) of the G.O.Ms.No.260, Agri. & Coop. (AM.IV) Dept., dated 28-9-2010. AMENDMENT Under para-4 (a) and (b) of the said order, the following shall be substituted: (a) The applicant who desires to obtain a Commission Agent license, shall deposit the following amounts with the market committee, as Security Deposit. For “A” Grade AMCs - Rs.1.00 Lakhs For “B” Grade AMCs - Rs.0.75 Lakhs For “C” Grade AMCs - Rs.0.50 Lakh Fruits & Vegetables - Rs.0.50 Lakh (b) In addition the applicant should submit a document as a proof of having financial soundness, as such, the applicant shall mortgage an equal amount worth of property to the Market Committee concerned or provide a Bank Guarantee of equal amount from any Nationalized Bank as Collateral Security as detailed below: For “A” Grade AMCs - Rs.2.00 Lakhs For “B” Grade AMCs - Rs.1.50 Lakhs For “C” Grade AMCs - Rs.1.00 Lakh Fruits & Vegetables - ---- The security deposit be allowed to be paid through National savings certificates duly pledged with the Market Committee as was done earlier as (PTO)- 2 - per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.431, Agriculture and Cooperation Department, dated 26.06.1995.
