PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION The following draft amendment to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Employees Service Rules, 1989 issued in G.O.Ms. No.1060, Revenue (Endts.I) Department, dated the 24th October, 1989 and published in the Rules Supplement to Part-I, Extraordinary of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 26th October, 1989 as amended subsequently from time to time which it is proposed to be made in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 106 and sub-section (4) of section 107 read with section 153 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act 30 of 1987) is hereby published for the general information in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette as required by sub-section (1) of section 153 of the said Act. 2. Notice is hereby given that the aforesaid draft amendment will be taken into consideration by the Government after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and that any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person with respect thereto before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Objections and suggestions shall be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. AMENDMENT In Annexure-II of the said rules, under Branch “I. General Administration”, under Sl.No.21, in the N.B., for the figures “3:1”, the figures “30:70”, shall be substituted.
