O R D E R:
In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of AYUSH has stated
that the following is the vacancy position as on date, against the posts for
which the Government have accorded permission for filling on regular basis,
vide Government Memo 2nd read above.

2. The Commissioner of AYUSH has therefore requested the Government
to issue necessary permission for filling up (451) posts only against (470)
posts for which permission was granted.
3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit
the Commissioner of AYUSH to fill up the following 451 posts under the control
of the Commissioner of AYUSH, duly following the selection process,
prescribed in the existing rules, in respect of each post.

4. The Commissioner of AYUSH is requested to send a proposal to
Government for finalization of the modalities of selection/appointment in
respect of paramedical and other staff as Group of Ministers has been
constituted in the reference 5th read above.

-3-5. The Commissioner of AYUSH shall take further action to fill up posts
accordingly, duly following the Rule of Reservation within a time schedule of
two months covering all stages, including selection, allotment of candidates
and dispatch of orders of appointment in an effective and fair manner.
6. This order, is issued with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC-I)
Department, vide their U.O.No.28868-A/375/A4/SMPC-I/11, dated:
21-11-2011.
